Atty. Rye’s place is a gem. The unit is modern, super clean, and smells nice. The location is also a plus because it is so near the local tourist destinations. I will definitely recommend this unit to my friends who want to enjoy their Baguio experience.

The place was nice. Best for families. If you’re booking this place with your barkadas, please know na loud noises are strictly not allowed after 10pm. Which is why we opted to go to a bar nearby. Also, you will be sharing common spaces with another rental unit and the owners downstairs. No issues with the setup naman, we just didn’t expect it.

Super clean and everything we needed was there. Close to establishments and stores, easily accessible to deliveries as well. The place is quiet and peaceful. Quiet time that is mandatory might not be ideal for groups that plan to stay up late and drink.

We were able to book this while on a promo, and it was very worth it 🙂 The place is a bit far from town, but the hosts were very responsive and provided references for us to find it. Parking space was large as well. The unit we rented was also very clean and had basically everything we needed for our stay 😄 There's also an understandable noise curfew, and we appreciate them reminding us of it. Overall my friends and I quite enjoyed the place. Thank you again for letting us stay!
