After spending a month in the villa I think it’s a good place for a fair price. The area is good if you want to be close to the historic centre but not amazing if you want access to the beach or the co-working. Pros: Stunning view of the river to wake up to. Quiet and peaceful area. Great aircon and very decent internet connection. Cons: Hygiene and cleanliness left something to be desired. Kitchen isn’t really suitable if you want to prepare meals.

Everything is so perfect here! But the best part is the host of David and Grace. They are the perfect example of what Airbnb host should be like. I wish I could give them 10 stars, because 5 stars is not enough. I used several Airbnb apartment before coming to this place, and had not so good experiences. To be honest, Airbnb in Vietnam has become a lot more commercialized. So I didn't have high expectations. But once I started chatting with David, I got more curious of the place, and wanting stay there. After 2 minutes of meeting with him and his wife, I felt like coming back home or meeting old friends. I felt so welcomed. Thanks for their hospitality and being so kind. The room has amazing view also. I enjoyed every morning seeing the beautiful sunrise from the river. It's really amazing, you have to go there to experience. The sorrounding is so quiet and peaceful. Other guests are respectful and friendly. I'm sure I will go back soon to meet my friends. Thank you!

Excellent place to stay!! Great little office as part of the room. Wifi was great!! Also, a desk, monitor & keyboard - easy to work online!! Great view from the balcony!! Highly recommended!!

１ヶ月滞在させていただきました。英語が得意ではない私にも伝わるように丁寧にコミュニケーションを取ってくれてとても親切でした。 雨季のまた豪雨や多く、停電や設備が壊れたときもすぐに対応してくれました。 またバルコニーからの眺めがすばらしく夕日を眺めることができ楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。ホイアンがとても好きな場所になりました。今回は滞在させていただき、ありがとうございました。
