Beautiful apartment in Chassell, very comfortable, close to our son's fraternity in Chassell and Houghton/Hancock. Frederick was very responsive and helpful when needed to answer a minor question.

This has been a favorite ABNB for me. It was beautiful, pristine, easy to find, and the host was responsive to any question. It is on a busy road, but for Chassell, Michigan it's not actually very busy. Traffic noise was minimal. The small back yard and deck with a high fence provided private outdoor space and a nice space to enjoy the cool summer evening. My sister lives five minutes away, and from now on, I will stay there when I visit. I could not have been more pleased.

Very clean, has anything you could ever need even a Fan. Great communication, easy checkin and out , great location. Will be back to stay at any of Fredricks property. Reasonable price. I would highly recommend this for any couples get away.

We really liked the fenced yard for our dog. The only complaint was the way the water pooled up in the driveway after a decent rain during our stay. We had to tiptoe through some water in the driveway.
