Love this place and others from these folks. They’ve done a great job rehabbing buildings in Hancock as rentals and we’ve enjoyed two of them now. Among the things I love about this place: the tasteful decor featuring scenes of local hockey history, The accessible aspects of the building—perfect for my elderly mother in law and her walker, They gave us a bunch of spherical ice balls perfect for Copper Queen whiskey, The comfortable beds! All in all it was a very enjoyable stay.

What a wonderful gem! This was a perfect location and property for our Easter visit with our MTU student. We were able to cook a full Easter dinner for 18 in the fabulous kitchen. The location is easy to get to and exiting onto Hancock Ave and to the bridge is a breeze. The parking lot has ample space for several cars. Fred was a wonderful host and very quick with responses to my questions. So many little touches went into creating a beautiful, warm, and inviting space. We can’t wait to stay again soon.

Beautiful property and very well appointed! The home looked exactly like it does in the photos and is both extremely comfortable and very cool. We loved the industrial vibe of the fixtures! Highly recommend!

We were in Hancock for our girls’ basketball tournament. This was the perfect set up for a few moms and their athletes! We enjoyed making good food for our girls before their games rather than eating out or eating hotel food! The house has everything you would need, including a kitchen aid and a blender. The beds were comfortable and the house does not feel full of clutter. Obviously recently renovated and excited to see what they do to the outside! We’ll plan on staying again next year!
