We had a large family gathering for a wedding. This property fit our needs very well, especially the 7 bedrooms (5 upstairs) and 4 baths (3 upstairs). The two large rooms worked well as gathering places and for relaxing. The kitchen was large with lots of counter space, but only the barest of essentials for cooking. The beds, sheets and blankets were all comfortable and the rooms were clean. Minimal furnishings other than the beds. The bathrooms were clean, but there were only 4 towels for 12 guests, and no washcloths. Lots of parking, both on the street and in the gated area behind the house. The backyard was large and had several palm trees (as described), but is mostly blacktop and pavement. Overall this place worked well for our needs (lots of bedrooms and baths). If you need the space this will work well. Not fancy, but overall well maintained

We reserved Joseph's place for a day and had such a great time playing board games last night. I would definitely visit this place again. Joseph was kind and super responsive.

I truly loved staying in this absolutely gorgeous and sparkling clean home. It is great for group visits if you’re in the Sacramento area. My host, Joseph was very prompt in responding to all my questions while I was here. It was definitely worth every penny and I would absolutely stay here all over again.
