Angie is indeed a super host, extremely helpful and responsive. The home was spotless, super cute and a convenient to the San Marco area. Certainly a place we would use for our next visit to Jacksonville.

The home was welcoming and had all the amenities we could want plus nice extras like coffee, creamers and snacks and plenty of fresh towels! Everything was sparkling clean and nicely decorated. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and appreciated the restaurant recommendations and descriptions in the rental guide available to us. The location is convenient and walkable if desired. Would definitely want to book again if we are in the area. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

We arrived late at night and the location is very easy to find. Conveniently located near the bridge and I-95 in a calm and safe neighborhood. The unit is on the 2nd floor so if you bring groceries, coolers, suitcases etc., you will have a stairway to walk up. First thing that surprises you when you open the door is a funky smell coming off the dark brown carpet that covers the stairway and most of the unit. The rooms were cozy, the bathroom was renovated and the kitchen was spacious and basically equipped. No regular coffee maker, host provides coffee pods for the coffee machine available. The master bedroom mattress was way too soft and not very comfortable on your back. During the day the unit is bright and and the A/C worked well. The parking was a little confusing because the sign after you first walk in by the door tells you to park behind the building but there is a huge SUV parked there where another unit is, so we ended up parking on the road in front of the building.

Great location on the best side of Jacksonville. Loved my stay here the space was cozy and super comfortable. 💗
