Loved John’s house. Great location close to the city but in calm spot that is excellent for families. We would stay here again. John was quick to address any concern we had!

Everything you want in an AirBnB... Plus, if you like plants, the house has numerous indoor plants! Every morning had a fresh aroma in the house. It was a very pleasant and peaceful stay. John responded to every question we had within 5 minutes or less. I think I will always use this place when we travel to New York. Didn't have the hassle of staying in downtown NY. And the fact it was very close to Warwick was awesome! Every attraction in New York was less than 1 hour 15 minutes from the house..... WOW!!!!!

The area was beautiful! The house was more impressive than even the pictures. John was very responsive to any questions we had. He made sure our stay was comfortable. There were plenty of bed linens and towels. Everything you needed in a kitchen was there. The living room was very comfortable, high cathedral ceilings, soft leather couches and nice size TV. We enjoyed playing cards as a family on the felt top card table with built in cup holders in the family room as well. The views out of each window were spectacular- trees in all their fall colors. Close proximity to everything we wanted to visit. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The house is much nicer than the photos reflect. Beautiful location. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
