I booked this stay for a simple, clean room on a one day trip to NC. The location is strange - it's in a suburb surrounded by other properties, with clearly a lot of annoyed neighbors (lots of no parking signs, etc). The driveway is supposed to fit 4 cars, which it does not do without blocking someone in or being blocked in. I was lucky enough to get the street space or I would have had to wake someone up for an early flight. The space was fine, but 4 shared rooms and one community space felt more like a weird hotel than an airbnb. The room was clean enough but the shower was extremely slippery, which was hard to tell if it was from not a thorough cleaning or if that was just the material... but I imagine this place is hard to keep clean with the amount of traffic coming through it. Overall, a completely fine place to sleep for a night and at the right price, but just read the reviews to make sure you know what you're signing up for.

The room was decorated nicely as was the common areas. WiFi worked well. Thank you for allowing me to stay.

The house was peaceful and there were other people in other rooms. The master room was organized; however, there were trash on the floor of the bathroom. The toilet was clean but the seat needed to be wiped. The tub was not cleaned, same with the bathroom sink. I am not sure if someone else just checked out and they didn't have time to clean before I arrived. Besides, the cleanliness of the bathroom everything else went well.
