Raphael est tres gentil et réactif. Quand j’ai sorti sans clef et je n’ai pas pu entrer ma chambre, il est soudain venu et il m’a aidé. Son appartement est très propre et il se situe dans un quartier très bon.

This was a truly superb experience. The location was spectacular and near the Botanical Garden and Natural History Museums, with easy walking to most of the major historic sites and museums in Paris. The place was quiet despite being located in the heart of the University and Museum district, and was quite private. It was a perfect place to come back to to relax and rest during the evenings, with great food options nearby and wonderful grocery stores for dining at home. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and Raphael was kind enough to have it cleaned again midway through my stay. It was better than a hotel. It was a great price for everything received. And, perhaps most of all, Raphael was a kind and generous host, and was accommodating for my odd check-in and check-out times. His mother who also assisted was simply delightful. I really enjoyed my stay and would certainly stay with them again. I highly recommend this experience for anyone looking in Paris.

Raphael and his mother were amazing hosts during my two month stay at their place. Both of them were accommodating and responsive to any requests I had and were very helpful during check in and check out. I would stay here again!

The apartment is newly renovated, situated in a great neighborhood and has all the facilities one can wish for. I stayed there for a month and would consider renting it again. Raphael was also very nice and friendly as a host.
