Located at the southern exit of Colmar, Eguisheim has been ranked among “One of the Most Beautiful Villages in France” since 2003 and won the title of “Favorite Village of the French” in 2013. This medieval village appeals for its modest size, its unique architecture, its abundant flowering in the summer, but also for its authentic charm during Christmas time when many activities are offered around the Christmas market. Between modernity, comfort and history come and enjoy the 180m² of this house opening onto a garden with swimming pool (only available from June 1st to September 30th, unheated swimming pool). The whole house will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay: cleaning will be done, the beds will be made with clean sheets, clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen, free Wifi connection House rules: Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities. However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. . If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you. Animals are accepted on request with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation. A signature of a digital contract as well as your Id, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
