Quiet neighborhood. House was very spacious and well stocked. King bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the backyard and pool immensely. The home is spacious with a nice layout. We had a few friends over for dinner and were happy to have a clean grill with gas ready for use. The neighbors had used the trash and recycle cans, which was not cool when they were full for us, but not earth shattering, obviously. The communication was excellent, and we slept really well. Would stay again.

The pool was nicely heated and the grill worked wonderfully! We ate most meals at the house and it had great kitchen utilities and everything you needed to cook! The TVs in every bedroom were a plus and the neighborhood was easy to get around…a Walmart was located just down the street..big bonus!!

In town for a work retreat, Sasha's place worked out great for us! And saved us $$$$$ instead of staying at the event hotel.

Our stay wasn’t terrible, but we had a lot of issues for the price. On the bright side, check-in and check-out were simple. Communication was fine. The house is pretty accurate to the photos but is darker and more dated. The house was pretty clean apart from a few areas. The kitchen was decently stocked. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and soft linens. The bedrooms get pretty dark at night. The backyard is very relaxing. The location is central to Chandler and appears to be safe. On the other hand, this property needs attention. There were multiple, very long termite mud tubes hanging from the ceiling. It was very off-putting and creepy to us. They really need to take care of this— it looks like a pretty severe case. We also had some issues with the water smelling like mold and very dirty fans. Sacha offered to have the fans cleaned but we declined. Landscapers woke us up at 7am spraying Roundup. Overall, I would not stay again as there is many things that need to be fixed.
