It is strategically located near the airport and El Rodadero, the spa par excellence in Colombia, among others and very close to Bello Horizonte beach, the quietest in the City, as well as the Zazué shopping center. In the area there are restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Our space is ideal for family groups! It has the comforts to rest and share peacefully. Every detail is designed for a comfortable and peaceful rest in a family atmosphere. The pool and large outdoor spaces are perfect for sharing. While the other spaces are designed to be enjoyed in perfect harmony. The entire house has excellent ventilation and air conditioning. The house is made up of four floors which are divided as follows: 1st floor: it has two bedrooms, the first room has two single beds + Air conditioning + private bathroom, the second room has a double bed + Air conditioning + private bathroom. 2nd floor: it is a small apartment with two rooms; in each one ceiling fan + double bed + Air conditioning. It also has a kitchen, refrigerator, living room and private bathroom. 3rd floor: suite with terrace: it has two double beds + Air conditioning + ceiling fan + closet + TV + refrigerator + private bathroom. 4th floor: room with balcony, has two double beds + TV + air conditioning + ceiling fan. In details worth highlighting, the fourth room connects with a viewpoint where you can appreciate the view from a magnificent angle. the view from hell!

Excelente casa construcción moderna, tranquila a 10 minutos de la playa, centro comercial y restaurantes, a 5 minutos de tiendas supermercado. Dentro de un condominio vigilancia 24 horas. Daniela y Armado muy amables, pendientes a nuestras necesidades
El lugar es súper bonito, es igual que en las fotos. Es muy cómodo y tranquilo. Es perfecto para compartir con tu familia, amigos y mascotas. Excelente la atención. Sin duda volvería.

My overall experience was good! Big place for big groups! Pool area is very nice! It is a little difficult to get around; the house is in a private closed condominium & the closest supermarket is 10 min away driving. Not the best area to walk around alone when leaving the closed condominium but very safe inside. The closest shopping mall area advertised in their post is about 10 min driving, it is a very nice shopping areas with restaurants and stores. I was overall very satisfied with the house itself, some cooking pans were missing and there wasnt any coffee maker but it was provided in a timely manner. The bathrooms & rooms had a lot of spider webs which was a little unpleasant. The stairs are not very kid friendly & the upper rooms have a lot of stairs to get to them. This is great place for a big group of friends or adults. Daniela and Armando were very kind and attentive.
El lugar es inclusive mejor que en las fotos. Todas las acomodaciones y espacios públicos cumplen con las descripciones. La ambientación estaba hermosa y todas las áreas muy bien cuidadas y limpias. Los anfitriones son muy amables y están dispuestos a ayudar con inquietudes. Recomendada la ubicación para familia grandes donde necesites un lugar muy cómodo para descansar.

The accommodation is located in the Mirador de las Gaviotas, in the Bello Horizonte sector, very close to the beach and the Zazué Shopping Center. A couple of blocks away is the main road that connects with El Rodadero, Santa Marta and the airport.
It is completely viable to get around on foot. It has easy access to transportation, it is even easy to get to by public transportation from the airport. It is recommended to take services in safe areas, such as the shopping center or the Complex reception.
Access to the Complex includes a couple of unpaved blocks in good condition, passable by any vehicle.
