Sea Breeze Beach House is a stylish modern 3 bedroom holiday home-from-home in Orange Rocks, which is renowned for it's rock fishing and picture-perfect Uvongo Park Run. It is ideally placed between the Uvongo Beach with its magnificent waterfall and lagoon and St Michaels on Sea, which offers two pools and a pristine beach which is popular with swimmers as well as surfers. This leaves one split for choice! The well appointed modern kitchen and dining room open plan design allows for more spacious living and easy socialising. The enclosed balcony forms the lounge where there are stunning sea-views. The blinds can be lifted to bring the outdoors inside. The house also boasts an indoor braai as well as permanent DSTV. The house consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Furthermore there is a flatlet with an extra bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a shower at the back of the property. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and opens up onto the balcony. The en-suite has a shower. Both the 2nd as well as the 3rd bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bath and there is also a separate toilet. The Sea Breeze Beach House has an alarm system, and parking is available for 2 vehicles in a carport.
