Mark is a very responsive host and the house is beautiful and well appointed. It was a terrific location for our company retreat. The view in the great room is simply outstanding and the house is set up well for the enjoyment of the beach and hot tub and various other activities in the area. The new living area above the garage (now game room) is a great additional space. We didn't need to use it because our group was smaller, but we did enjoy the hot tub on the deck outside. Thank you for a great stay!

This beautiful beach house was perfect for our family reunion. Plenty of room for everyone to gather to socialize, play games and dine together. And plenty of bedrooms to retreat to as well. A fun room for the littles to hangout, play and sleep upstairs was a hit with the kids. The house’s ocean facing windows beautifully frame the each picturesque day. An easy trail has you on the beach in just a quick minute. The house is located just a couple blocks from Main Street for an easy walk to great restaurants and fun shopping. The house was clean and stocked with everything you could need. Mark was a fantastic host and easy to work with. We all would definitely like to come back again sometime.

This rental made for a perfect family New Years celebration. Manzanita is such a great coastal town, and we didn't have to drive once we arrived. Best of all, the house was even better than the pictures show. The openness and ample space allowed all of us to fit comfortably. Best of all, the layout of bedrooms was an added bonus, and gave the kids their own space and adults our own room. We absolutely recommend renting this house, and you will be guaranteed to enjoy your ocean front getaway. Thank you for a New Years to remember!

Absolutely perfect! The place was stunning and couldn’t have been better for a large family reunion. It was very clean, organized, and the host was extremely thoughtful and organized. This was such a perfect place for us!
