La Donna’s place is and well designed unit. Safe neighborhood and near market places. It was a comfortable stay. We only had a hard time finding the place. We first search for La Donna’s using waze and it lead 15km away having the same unit name in Bajada Davao City. We then checked the website pinned location but then again it was pinned 10km away located in Calinan District. The owner did send “how to get there” message with the exact pinned location in Mintal, but I was thinking it’s the same as posted in the website. So this should be corrected, because someone might be choosing the proximity of the unit to their intended place of visit.

Checking in and checking out went smoothly. House feels homey with simple yet functional layout. aside from a broken shower holder at the masters, everything went well. It also near Vista Mall, which I find convenient. Suggestions: layer curtains with blackout curtain to reduce amount of light in the morning, and perhaps, install sound reduction glass since street noise is an issue (house is near the national highway). overall, we had a great staycation and kudos to the host!

La Donna's whole house is really pretty & elegant in person! Well maintained & has 4bedrooms & 3bathrooms perfect for family & friends' gateaway! The location is peaceful since it's inside the subdivision & it is also near at the highway. The whole house is super clean & smells fresh specially the bathrooms. The beddings are of good quality, soft & comfortable. Towels & bathroom essentials are also provided. The living room has a big tv & comfy sofas where you can watch netflix. Co host Hope is also very kind, friendly & accomodating when I called her through fon regarding netflix concern. Caretaker Ate Sandra is also kind & welcoming while attending to our request for extra beddings. All in all, we had a wonderful stay! I will rate this listing 10/10 both the house & the host! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We will surely comeback!

The family enjoyed our stay, both Sarah and Sandra - the caretakers, was very helpful and friendly. The place was close to shops, wet market, restaurants, laundry shop, etc. The owner was very responsive, every questions, requests they respond quickly. Would highly recommend. Great for a big family like us. Will definitely stay here again when we visit next time!
