The Shower is very small and boiling hot - doesn’t change temperature at all and then at points during the stay the water cut out and so we couldn’t have a shower. The plugs next to the bed were broken, but the worst part was the rude lady at reception - I left my laundry there to be done first thing in the morning and then returned 10 hours later to pick it up, as i was leaving the following morning for a boat trip. When I asked if the laundry was done I got a shrug of the shoulders & passed my dirty laundry back with no apology and no care.

The location of this place is the only good thing about it. Very short walk from centre but tucked away. We stayed a total of 5 nights in El Nido. When we initially checked in it was for 3 nights. The receptionist had no idea how to check us in - kept asking us what agency we were with? I said air bnb but she didn’t understand. The bathroom really smelt. But we have stayed in worse so we didn’t mind too much. We asked if we could extend our stay. Looked first on a known accommodation site and it quoted us £46 for 2 nights. I thought it would be easier/cheaper to extend with the reception. However they actually quoted us more expensive than (known accommodation site) which made no sense. So I questioned it and they brought the price down. I believe the receptionist had text the owner to ask the price, when I questioned she text him again. He immediately brought it down. Almost as if they were just making the price up to get more money? I don’t know, all seemed a bit weird.

Close to port to Coron. In center of El Nido! A little noisy, but I can recommend.

The kindest people I have met work here. My friend and I stayed for a few days and ate breakfast every other morning (vry tasty). The staff was always there to help if we had any problem/question. I left my camera there after I left, and they went out of their way to have someone mail it to me even if they had to go back down to Puerto Princesa to do it. The amount of effort to make our stay the best it could be went above and beyond. Truly grateful for all they were able to do for us.
