Amazing location, easy to walk to everything. Access to food, shopping, entertainment and easy access to the highway. Our host was responsive however there should be more clear description of what you have access to on the property. There is a sister property across the street with amenities that you can use, amenities on the roof of the building you reside in, there are community events and parking privileges for yourself and your guest. Plus access to a mailbox and packages however you have to discover all these things randomly. I wish these features were clearly worded somewhere. My only big gripe, depending on your room and where you’re located in the building is the fact that some of the pipes are old. There is no guarantee of consistent hot water. My showers were always lukewarm at best, that was very annoying to me as I don’t like cold showers. Yet the sink was on a different tap and that water was hot. We paid a lot of money, I was expecting a bit more. Overall great location.

Very clean and great views. Amir helped us with the Airbnb, we are the first ones so it was under stocked and he quickly got us items we needed. The community is nice and people chat around and the events they hosts are popular. I will say the rooms within the bnb are not sound proof at all and you can hear each other pretty easily, which can be an inconvenience if you’re staying with a friend. As a couple this would be much easier. The services and amenities are really nice, a bummer the elevator wasn’t working when we were there to go directly to the rooftop! Amir as a host is very kind and helpful and helped us out when we needed it, which we appreciate. Parking is easy with valet and you can charge your car there too. Not too loud at night because you’re high up and windows seem better than most places. Overall I def recommend this place especially at the price, location, and amenities with the community .

Je recommande ce logement, le propriétaire est très réactif, le logement est de haute qualité !! Rien ne manque, beaucoup de chose à proximité, vraiment top, cet appartement était au dessus de nos attentes !!

The apartment is located in the city center and provides free valet parking and parking spaces. The staff of the apartment are conscientious and responsible and will try their best to meet the needs of the guests. The apartment is located near Koreatown. There are a lot of delicious Korean food. You can get to all lA attractions within an hour's drive. Overall, I am very satisfied. I will choose to book again next time I come to La.
