Beautiful, modern home with a “lakehouse” feel. This rural home offers a getaway with all the fun and sights that the Snake River has to offer from fishing, hunting, boating, kayaking, or relaxing. In the winter our favorite local ski resort is only 55 minutes away. The home is located on one acre of landscaped property that sits right on the Snake River. The property includes a boat ramp and dock. An expansive porch outside and picture windows inside allow you to fully enjoy the river views that offer wildlife and amazing sunsets. The master bedroom has a king bed with a queen size sofa sleeper. There is also a dedicated desk in this room for remote work. The bunk room has 4 twin beds. There is one more bedroom with a queen bed. The laundry room has a washer and drying as well big drying racks for all of your river play gear and ski gear to dry. We love to ski! There are 3 bathrooms with showers, one of those is a tub shower combo. The fireplace in the living room is gas and remote run, it is only turned on during the winter months. Enjoy the fire pit by the river or fishing off the dock. Refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave , pots and pans and utensils, toaster, crock pot, and gas grill outside. Smart TVs in living room, master bedroom, and queen bedroom.
