Spent an entire year here and absolutely loved every minute of it! The flat is very cozy and perfect for a single person or a couple who is looking for a vibrant and social environment. You’ll enjoy easy access to incredible restaurants, pubs, metro, bookstores, art galleries, and grocery – you’re in the heart of Paris! I only had to reach out to Alexandre a couple of times all year…he responded very quickly and took care of everything immediately.

Alexandre’s place is exactly as posted. I enjoyed my month here and felt like home. As others have noted it is a small Paris apartment up some flights of stairs, plan accordingly. Also, there area is lively at all hours but building is quiet;however you can hear the outside activities at night but it isn’t too bad. Personally, I think the place is perfect for one person for a long stay. I would stay here again.

The location of the flat is just perfect. You are central to pretty much everything - nice bars, restaurants, tourist attractions etc. The flat is very small but i think that’s normal for Paris apartment. The host is excellent and the communication has been very clear throughout! The only thing I wished was just brighter lights inside the room, as it could really feel quite dark when the sun is not out.

top!top! top! l’appartamento è carinissimo e citatissimo anche se piccolino! ero da sola è era perfetto! la posizione è fantastica! sono stata un mese e non ho dovuto mai prendere la metropolitana!l’host è gentilissimo è disponibile! non vedo l’ora di ritornare!
