Definitely a good location and Tyler was extremely easy to work with/very responsive. Location is great, easy to walk to places or Uber. Only downside was the home seemed a little unclean (killed a few cockroaches during our stay) and the house seems a bit worn down in places, especially the front door. Overall reasonable/good place for the price and host seems awesome.

Great place, plenty of room for 2 families. Parking was fine, never had an issue. Close to everything!!! Highly recommend this place especially with larger parties.

This was our second time staying at Tyler's place! It's a great spot for a group - spacious with tons of beds. The neighborhood is a convenient distance from downtown as well. Highly recommend!
