This is a good location being right at the end of the Jbr opposite The Address but it looks over the fly over and hence is car noisy. The flat is tired - we had a problem with the patio doors locking and unlocking - eventually the lock just fell out. The balconies are large and good but the furniture is old and tatty. Half the lights wouldn’t work missing bulbs and plugs which we had to keep asking for eventually Vayk got it sorted - they were very good at responding just slow in action. One shower never got beyond warm. Not enough crockery and bowls For 6. Bedding was clean and good. Second bedroom ac fed off the main bed so never got cool. Kitchen is tired. Good fridge. Served its purpose as we were out - with just a little work could be good - nice large flat. 4 good size bedrooms. Reasonable value for money.

One of the bathroom was not working and we were not informed of the same before our arrival . We were group of 8 so sharing two bathroom was challenging . We were told the bathroom has an issue for entire block but we were made aware by residents and guest in block that was not accurate aa it appears that bathroom was locked by the owner . Very inconvenient for the group which made it difficult for us to get ready for tours on time . They should have informs us of the issue at time of booking . Second huge issue was that safe lock was jammed and we had our passports in the safe and with next day flights . We lost our last night as locksmith was called to break the lock so we couldn’t venture out. Locksmith was unprofessional , rude and bully with aggressive behaviour . This spoilt our last day in Dubai especially we had two adults with special needs who struggled with the whole incident .

Maria is very responsive to our request and concerns. At the beginning the internet and wi-fi is not working properly and she rushed to fix it for us which make our life easier in Dubai. Great place with such a price.

The place was wonderful but the management company does not have the Airbnb information which made getting check-in details a little cumbersome. And the WiFi only worked in the back by the bedrooms, they needed a booster for the living room which they did make an effort to send but it was never properly installed. Regardless they were very responsive and it is a good place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Of all of the places that we stayed during our trip to the UAE, this was our favorite. It is a bit far from downtown, but the marina area felt almost like a separate downtown. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.
