Guests will have exclusive access to 1 cosy double bedroom in a private part of the house on the lower ground floor and a toilet with sink on the floor above. There is shared access to our utility room (with microwave, kettle, fridge and sink) on the ground floor and main bathroom with separate shower and bath is on the top floor. We live in a quiet, family-orientated area of Plymouth with easy access (both on foot and by car) to local walks, parks and woodland areas as well as the City Centre, Barbican, Hoe and Derriford Hospital. Cornwall is a 10 minute drive away, with the A38 a mile from our home. There is a bus stop a 5 minute walk from our house, with links to the city centre and the train station is a 10 minute drive away. We are able to provide lifts to and from the station if needed for a small additional charge. We share our home with our young daughters, so we do ask that our guests are considerate of noise during the evenings. We are more than happy for our guests to come and go from our house; we just ask that you are mindful when exiting and entering the property of noise. We will supply a key to our home for the duration of your stay and are able to supply fresh towels.
