Big house with lots of space for all members of the family. A few quirky elements. The highlight is obviously the pool which was a big hit with the kids. Easy walk to Cockburn Station (ignore the route google maps sets you though!) and close to local shops and the bigger Cockburn Central Shopping Centre.

Good spacious house that was great for 'grown up' family summer holiday base in Perth. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms functioned well. The best feature of this property is of course the pool which was excellent and as good as it looked in the photos. Worth noting also that host Sarah was very responsive when we had a problem with the pool filter system to the extent that she showed up the following morning herself to resolve the issue. Only quibble is a general one that the furniture and fittings were a bit tired and could do with renewal/refurbishment, particularly the outdoor space (where we spent quite a bit of time) and the cooking facilities. Would also have liked better lighting outside.

A great place to stay for a family with little children or an older family that likes to get out and enjoy a BBQ with frequent dips in the pool. Well appointed kitchen and laundry. Close to Cockburn Central Shopping Centre and the train station. A short 20 min trip to the beautiful WA coast. The property does require some TLC and general maintenance to bring it back to the level depicted in the photos but Sarah is receptive to and appreciates honest feedback and suggestions.

Just got back from this place, me and my family had the best time possible. Was over visiting my brother and his family in Perth. we wanted somewhere to stay with swimming pool and big rooms ect. This place did not disappoint outdoor area with pool was amazing, lovely big house with everything you need and much more. Pleasure staying here thanks again.
