Absolutely loved the little duplex. It was clean and smelled nice. There were tons of towels and the fridge was stocked with water. Josh was super nice and even responded when I asked questions ridiculously late, I absolutely did NOT expect a response at that hour. The bed was mega comfortable. He had a ton of apps on the tv so I didn’t have to log into my services, that was nice! There wasn’t a neighbor after the first night so we didn’t have to worry about out being super quiet. It’s a busy area so there’s a fair amount of traffic but that didn’t bother me. Would love to stay again!

It’s a great place if you’re looking for something quick, cheap, and easy. It’s not a 5-star hotel by any means, but no significant complaints about the place. You get what you pay for, and it was more than enough for the weekend.

House was vey clean had everything we needed. My only recommendation would be to list photos of the outside areas. As the yard is not completely fenced in and no exterior lights on the back of the house. We did have a strange encounter the neighbors on the right side one evening after returning home from dinner.
