Our family of 5 enjoyed this comfortable, updated and clean apartment. It is a very convenient location, within walking distance to the Wildcat Grocery store and to the free shuttle to the slopes/restaurants, but it is not technically ski-in/ski-out if you’re looking for that. The parking lot was very full on arrival Saturday night, which is tricky so don’t leave your spot if you get one. We easily walked to the Village (Foxfire Restaurant was good) and a little further (Appalachia Kitchen was local delicious food), but the shuttle is also fairly frequent or you can call for it if needed.

Nice place and decent location to the lifts. The shuttle stop is just outside the parking lot and it was quick to grab a shuttle to and from the main village (or Silver Creek). Having 3 bedrooms for a family of 4 worked great. And it was nice to have a full kitchen. It is was also nice to have access to a washer and dryer (not shown but located in the open area between the entrance and living area). Appliances and furnishings seemed new and in good condition.

The place was newly renovated and very clean with a good kitchen to cook meals in! We were conveniently located to the grocery store and a short walk to the slopes. Overall we had a great stay!

We stayed for five nights during the Winter Break for skiing at Snowshoe, and this place's location made it very easy to hop onto the frequent bus service that takes you to three key locations at Snowshoe to start your skiing day. As Snowshoe is an 'inverted' ski resort, all the amenities are along the main road and you ski downhill from there. One direction 'Silvercreek' and the other direction 'Top of the World' takes you to opposite ends of the ski area (Silvercreek is about a 10' drive away). The condo worked fine, although two tiny things were missing (and easily remedied as the only grocery store is across the street) - no paper towels and we had only two small individual hotel-size shampoo containers for our entire group (!) A minor inconvenience, but won't dock any stars for that. Of course paid a premium for the high season; the kitchen appliances were in new condition, the layout was fine, and we were able to watch Netflix and YouTube with our own accounts. Wifi was fast!

Very nice place. Perfect condo. Newly refinished interior. Full kitchen, 2xbaths, living room, 3xbedrooms, washer & drier all great. Boot warmers/driers are a nice touch. 100 yards from Wildcat Grocery Store. 5 min walk to Village. 300 yards from jumping on to Upper Flume. Shuttle bus to Silver Creek. Living room sofa is really two sofas - can be split to sleep additional adult and additional kid. Great location at Snowshoe. Wonderful ski vacation. Be alert: resort road up the mountain in snow is hairy but otherwise good.
