The place was great for the purpose of having a large group of people. There are a large number of beds and big table and lounges that accommodate many people. The home cinema is a nice bonus and very fun and comfortable to use. The cooker and fridge are a bit small if you are catering for a large group though. The place is very comfortable. The communication was exceptional and the host's assistant Jennifer was always helpful, responsive, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the place for a large group or even a family. Thank you Anthony and Jennifer for your hospitality.

I have never felt more unwelcome than when paying this amount, and the owner can't even provide 100 pesos of water to begin a stay. No potable water on the 23rd floor? For over $300-$400 per night? Very poor judgment. The bathrooms all had clogged drains. The master bath had standing water on the floor that you had to walk through to use the toilet. It looks like it was once a nice place, but has fallen into disrepair and could use some attention. The movie room was nice. The kitchenware setup is completely unnecessary and a nuisance, must be removed to use the dinner table, but I suppose good for pictures to make you think the place is nice. Nice view. Very disappointing response from the management of "you can get water down the street". Just so beyond offended by that it's crazy. Water was about a block away, but again, you couldn't spare basically a dollar to make guests feel slightly welcome? Time to do some work on your unit and make repairs. Not returning.
