We were in Tarpon for a Memorial Service. This house was perfect for the family that needed to stay. We hosted a light breakfast one morning and the open space for gathering in the kitchen and living area was great. There was a problem with the air conditioner shortly after we arrived. Luckily because the weather was great this did not cause a problem for us. Jimmy was very responsive and offered to come to the house if needed, but for our short stay it wasn't needed. I imagine this was something that would be fixed for future guests, I only mention to share that the host was very responsive and offered compensation for the trouble. The location was beautiful.

Jimmy's place in Tarpoon Springs was lovely! Our favorite thing to do was sit on the dock to fish and hang out by the fire. There is amply seating inside and out and lovely to visit with family who lived in the area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you think you would need. Definitely will be back next time we are in the area.

The house was great - it was our first trip to Tarpon Springs, and we loved the area and getting to know it. The house is close to all sorts of things to do but is also great to hang out at with a super firepit off the dock and lots of outdoor spaces and yard that made it feel comfortable and open. We stayed with four adults and three kids - everyone had lots of space as well as privacy. Jimmy provided all sorts of extras that were a surprise and we didn't expect including a cooler and ice packs to take our beers in to the bowl game!

Jimmy and Joey were super responsive. I couldn’t figure out the wifi and they helped me quickly. The house is very comfortable and clean. Beds were comfy. Beautiful sunset every night from the large dock. Well stocked kitchen with keurig coffee varieties. Quiet neighborhood and close to area restaurants. Check in was easy and they are very flexible. Highly recommend.
