This was a great location, very quiet neighborhood and a peaceful place to stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others if you’re looking for a longer term rental. Candace is a wonderful host and very communicative.

Candace was great to communicate with and due to our circumstances she was very accommodating and flexible. The family who own the home were immediately responsive and helpful when we needed anything and a lovely warm family. The home is big and can easily accommodate large groups and it’s easy to walk to Midway Main Street or the Zermatt walk. It’s Midway between all of the main ski resorts, everything within a 20-30 min drive for skiing. Lots of beautiful wildlife to see from the windows, deer coming right up to the house. A beautiful location in a beautiful part of the world.

Our stay at the Midway home exceeded our expectations! The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The mountain views from the living room, dining area, and family room upstairs were daily highlights. The house was very well equipped to accommodate an extended stay (about 5 weeks for us) and the internet service very fast, which allowed me to effectively work remotely using demanding 3D modeling software. Our young children especially appreciated the well-stocked toy closet upstairs, with suitable toys for both boys and girls. The house was very clean when we arrived and Candace and Jared were very responsive to any questions/concerns we had throughout our stay. The neighborhood is nicely manicured, very walkable, and within a few minutes walk of a community park with playground, baseball field, tennis courts, and frisbee golf course. Paved trails connect the neighborhood to other surrounding neighborhoods, creating a great network for a morning run or afternoon bike ride/walk. Wasatch State Park is also very close by and a great location to take scenic hikes. The house is close by Heber City, which provided most of our grocery shopping needs, etc., during our stay, and less than a half an hour from Park City. We loved our time at the Midway home and would highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in the Heber Valley area!
