Jay was very responsive and easy to work with. Our originally booked room had a maintenance issue, so Jay let us choose another property but honored the original price, which was appreciated! This 2 bedroom apartment for 4 adults only came with one key, and my roommate and I had different schedules so we needed an additional one. Jay was able to organize us promptly getting a second key through the complex. The hallway did consistently have an odd smell (body odor and ethnic food) that did spread into the apartment numerous times so we had to buy multiple candles (nothing that the host could do differently on this one, but FYI) In addition, on two separate occasions cleaning services entered our apartment but meant to go to the room next to ours (we never requested them). Overall, this area was safe, close to a metro, and provided multiple things to do! I would recommend staying here!

3rd time booking with Jay and this location. Great as always!! Beautiful apartment with amazing amenities. Can’t wait to book again!

First time trying Airbnb and Jay made this experience fantastic. The building was safe and quiet. All the staff at the complex was friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.
