The good points about this apartment is that it is very well equipped. Seriously, you name it, they have it =) I'm pleasantly surprised they even have a pack and play for babies/Toddlers. Thank you for the fruits and juice. Location wise, it was quite near the tram and food places. However, we didn't manage to figure out the hot water for shower at the common toilet. Since hot water supply is from a common water tank shared with a few units, at times, half way through my shower, the hot water ran out and is a little difficult to adjust to the correct temperature with the mixer. Also, at night, if you walk down the stairs, the light sensor needs to be triggered a little further since the sensors is located more towards going up the stairs.

Really nice place to stay at. It is a bit hard to park the car in as it's got a very narrow entry. Other than that, great place.
