Bring your group of friends and family to enjoy 150’ of pristine lakefront here in Standish, Maine. 40 minutes from Portland or North Conway this property has vintage campers and rustic cabins with all the amenities for 10+ people to sleep and a beautiful main camp to gather in. Plenty of activities as well as the most gorgeous sunsets. Also, just in case you want a lobster dinner or a cooking class your host is the owner of Silly's restaurant that was in Portland and is soon to be a food truck. The property is 3 acres on Watchic lake with hills and uneven terrain….not fully wheelchair accessible. It is a camp/compound area that is rustic and cute. The cottage is the only part of the property that is airconditioned. This is the main gathering spot. There are 2 vintage shasta campers, 1 has a super twin but the table can be converted to a twin. The other has a double bed that sleep 2 each but technically can sleep more on the pull out. There are 2 cabins One with 2 twin beds. One that sleeps 6 with 2 full beds with twins above them. So loads of options to sleep, eat, rest, relax and play. I do live on the property in the main house with a roommate, 2 dogs and a cat. I have a food truck for Silly's that I am getting ready to rev up for business so that is exciting. I will be collecting trash and watering plants Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Kitchen includes basic pantry items... Flour, sugar, oil, salt and pepper, ALOT of spices and extracts plus a wide variety of tea. Has a 75 pound ice maker.

Colleen's place by the lake was an amazing place for our larger gathering. If you're looking for a beautiful place on a lake and you have a larger group/family, this is it. Plenty of beds spread around the property for everyone to find the right place and a private location to enjoy the scenery. The main cabin was a great gathering place and hangout if the weather was bad, and the kitchen was amazingly well appointed. We also used the mini-bus for an evening in Portland which was a unique touch that everyone in the group loved. Colleen was extremely friendly, responsive, and made the stay effortless. I would also highly suggest taking her up on the bourbon tasting/class that was put on by a friend of hers and was definitely a highlight for us. I can't speak highly enough about this listing!

The place was kept very nice, had everything anybody would need for a vacation to the lake, and was very private. Colleen was very helpful and responsive, all while providing the feeling that you were there alone. We had a great time.

We had a party of 10 that came to the area for a wedding. We had a great time at Colleen's place. The kitchen is BEAUTIFUL and definitely a chef's kitchen. Furniture is comfortable. Plenty of seating for eating, relaxing, games, etc. Lots of seating both inside and outside. We loved all the different nooks and cranny's of privacy outside on the expansive and beautiful land. Took an amazing kayak ride on the pristine, clear, calm lake - what a bonus! There are canoes, kayaks, corn hole, a fire pit, volleyball in the water and tetherball in the water as well. The place is immaculate, and Colleen was incredibly responsive to all of our needs. There were plenty of linens made available, a recycling container outside for easy disposal, and trash pickup mid-stay. Colleen prepared a meal for all of us plus 5 additional family members that came to visit for an evening. It was fabulous, and everyone loved their meal. I will say that Colleen worked tirelessly on this with me. 5 *
