Beautiful home!! The neighborhood did not do it justice, but the people I encountered were nice. We walked to the Hardrock Stadium for a concert and it was about a 15 minute walk! The house was clean and so pretty inside, very roomy! Definitely would book again for the next concert!

Neighborhood doesn’t do the place justice. Inside was clean, well organized, and looked just like the pictures. Walking distance from the stadium! The host was great with handwritten note & snacks.

The stay at Shannette’s JP Lodge was beyond comfortable and accommodating. Very nice living space and a great stay for the price

Property is located in a well established, older ethnic community of townhouses but safe and completely remodeled (2022) on the inside. Pristine linens & bathrooms. Two parking spaces. A 5 minute drive to grocery stores, gas stations, and many restaurants. Twenty-five minutes to beach. Welcome basket of snacks and cold drinks in the fridge was a sweet touch of class. Private backyard offers an opportunity to eat dinner on patio or open sliders for fresh air. Host effectively accommodated our family of four at the last minute when another Air B & b reservation fell through by that Owner's request for Spring Break week in Miami. The only downfall was that we couldn't figure out how to lower the thermostat in the house, the TV is roku (which we struggle knowing how to operate), and the couch can only sit three comfortably.
