This beautiful 1930s’ home has views of the water, a modern-renovated design, and a lovely open-concept kitchen/dining, perfect for reconnecting with loved ones in beautiful Victoria. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, make a gourmet meal and enjoy it in the private backyard. At night, cosy up around the fireplace as you watch the sunset over the water. Stroll along the Gorge Waterway Park, head to a nearby cafe/shopping plazas or drive a quick 10 minutes to Downtown Victoria Harbour. Bask in the warm south facing sunlight in our renovated home overlooking the Gorge Waterway Park. We have 4 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double and 1 Single), a Bathroom, Living Room, Dinning Room, Kitchen and Mudroom/Laundry Room. Our house is located centrally and is the perfect home base to tour around Victoria.

This a gorgeous house in front of the gorge! Ideal to no around while being in a quiet and calm area! Lauren is a great host! Thank you for having us!
We had a lovely stay at Lauren’s house. It was perfect for our family of small children, they enjoyed the inside and outside toys. The house was just like the pictures, very clean and tidy. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable! We needed help when we first arrived and Lauren sorted it out so fast! There was a great walkway across from the house and we walked to a cute playground perfect for the kids. A great location!
The place was clean and had everything you need to cook. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. Really enjoyed being right on the gorge it was beautiful.
Very spacious home. Modern upgrades with older style that made it 'quaint'. Family friendly. Large yard, and the Channel was so beautiful right across the street. I would stay again!

Our home is located centrally within Greater Victoria.
We have plenty of parking in our driveway (enough for 4+ cars) and are close to multiple bus routes and bike lanes to access all of Greater Victoria.
We are a 10 minute drive to downtown Victoria (15 to the Inner Habour/Legislative Building). 10 minute drive to Camosun Interurban and 15 to Camosun Lansdowne, 20 minute drive to UVIC, 7 minute drive to Victoria General Hospital.
We have multiple walking and biking Trails (Galloping goose) accessible within our neighbourhood. (All detailed in our Welcome Book at the house).

Lauren was born and raised on the West Coast, and loves bragging to the world that Victoria BC is her home. Dan is from the East Coast. Together along with our two boys, we call Victoria home. However, as much as we love our home base, we do love to get away and experience new places whenever possible! We love to entertain, and most of all the opportunity to share our beautiful home, city and country with visitors.
