Kara was a great host! She was quick to respond to our questions and made every effort to accommodate our family during our visit to the area. The location was great for our stay, quiet, clean and close to the local amenities. We will consider a stay here again next time we are in the area.

Pros: Kara was a great host and very responsive. The house was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, including a Corkscrew and nice cookware. It worked out well for us. This residence is centrally located, an easy drive to restaurants, and an easy 30 min. drive to NW Arkansas Airport. Cons: The bathroom was very clean but it could use a little maintenance. A few chairs and a small table outside under the carport or on the front porch would have been a great place to relax and enjoy the evening.

Kara was wanting a 5 star rating, unfortunately her Airbnb is not a 5 star place. I hope she takes the feedback I am about to provide and works to improve her rental. First, there is a reason she doesn’t show a picture of the outside of her Airbnb. A wreath on the front door would make the place more welcoming along with cleanup and painting under the carport. Second, the house has a musty smell. Air freshener or a clean bleach smell could improve this. Third, this Airbnb is located on a very busy street, biggest bedroom is located by the street. Perhaps, providing a sound machine and being up front about this fact could up her rating. Fourth, the bathroom needs cleaning and updating. I want the choice to put an anti- slip mat down in a clean bathtub if wanted. The bathroom faucet is on backward, you push handles away from you instead of the normal pull toward you. I hope you will find this constructive criticism a starting point for improving your space.
