We had a delightful family stay for just on a week. Had everything we needed and were even able to enjoy the pool and bbq as the weather was kind to us. A little far from Bangalore and the Byron beaches and shopping, however this was offset by the peace and quiet of the secluded and environmentally friendly location. Thank you Ann marie and apologies for a rushed departure with the torrential rain.

Ann-Marie’s house is beautiful. Ann-Marie is so accommodating, and the house has everything you’ll need and more. Set among rolling hills, we enjoyed lazy days by the pool gazing into palm trees and evenings on the deck. A short drive to charming Bangalow and Clunes. The house is clearly cares for, full of heart, we felt right at home and will come back for sure.

Our family enjoyed 5 peaceful nights in this beautiful location. The home itself is more like a farmstay, with an expansive tropical garden surrounded by lawns, trees and birdsong. Much to the delight of my daughters we were introduced to Bonnie the horse, cows, daily visits by wallabies and even stumbled across an echidna. The home itself was abundant and comfortable. We splashed about in the pool, reclined on the balconies and on cool nights chatted by the open fire. If there's a better way to enjoy a coffee in the morning than watching the fog disperse among the local hills I'd love to find it. It wasn't all relaxation and serenity though. The charming towns of Clunes, Bangalow and Newyrbar were all a short and scenic drive away and provided my girls with ample shopping and dining opportunities. We swam around Byron on most days and even ventured down to Lennox Head for a lunch by the sea. Ann was a 5 star host who responded to our only need promptly. All communication was equally efficient. We appreciated a few special tidbits to makes us feel at home for our Easter stay. A really lovely getaway that I recommend wholeheartedly and without hesitation. If you're visiting the area and want to balance the vibrancy of Byron with a place to retreat and relax in total serenity I doubt you can do better.

Rosebank is a lovely, inviting house with a lovely host. We arrived to fresh eggs, bread and milk which was quite nice after the big drive. Ann-Marie was very welcoming met us to show us everything we needed to know and was always available by phone if we needed her. The house, property and pool were all clean and ready to be used when we arrived and all linen was supplied. I would recommend Rosebank to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.
