The place is much better than shown in the pictures. Very comfy and spacious. The apartment has been renovated and everything is near brand new. The kitchen and bathroom are very good . Fernando was great and proactive. He welcomed us and showed us around. Very helpful. This is a great place to stay when visiting Elche.

Book this now!! Beautiful flat in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood. The location made it easy to access central Elche, Alicante and beaches by car (secure covered parking included in rental!). The flat is immaculate, brand new and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The host was very kind, responsive and helpful and treated us like family. The neighborhood has shops, restaurants and coffee shops. We will stay here again!
