Because here is the heart of downtown Bangkok. The busiest place in Thailand. Downstairs of my B&B is 711, massage, top Chinese restaurant and top Italian restaurant. It takes 5 minutes to walk to super shopping centers such as central world, Erawan shrine, BTS, Big C. It takes 8 to 15 minutes to walk to Siam Square, Siam Paragon, Bangkok Art Center, etc.

If you come from the airport, you can choose to let the owner provide Mercedes-Benz car pick-up and drop-off service, of course, this is charged, 1500 baht each time. If you want to use public transportation, you can choose the airport line to Ratchaprarop station, and then change to rental vehicle.
The nearest MRT station is BTS Ratchadamri station, it only takes 100 meters to walk to my b&b. You can also get off the subway at BTS Chit Lom station, it takes 5 minutes to walk to my b&b.
