We spent a wonderful weekend at the house. The beach is just a few steps away.

I feel this place has potential for sure. For now some essentials are missing - somewhere to hang clothes/ a shelf, a safety box for valuables (as there's no front door to be locked), a mosquito net, a fully functioning fan - those would be good additions to start with. Kitchen & bathroom are well equiped. The furniture, wall colour, lights are tasteful & make you feel comfortable. Even though the room is very small (you can only just walk around the bed). Unfortunately, the size of the room and size of the window make the air feel very puffy and warm around this time of year. We've experienced loud music and honking cars right next to the house almost all night, almost every night. If noise doesn't bother you too much, this can possibly be a good place for you. Another pro to mention is the proximity to the beach (just 1 min. walking) and proximity to an abundance of local restaurants and tiny shops.

Really nice place, beach is in front of the house and a lot small supermakets in less then 1min walking. Enough restaurants around. It's also a very safe place to stay. People are really kind.
