As a professional host Kasa know what they are doing. The apartment is spacious, has everything you need and is presented very well. We would certainly stay here again

Overall, the unit was clean and very spacious. The main issue inside the unit was the non-working dishwasher. We notified them right away and found out it was a known issue before we checked in. Very disappointing. Also found out it wouldn't be repaired during our 9-day stay. Unacceptable. Kasa did refund us some, but it was not sufficient for an issue that was known prior to checking in. Also, we chose this location for all the unique amenities. However, the hot tub did not work, the outdoor grill didn't work, and the movie theater didn't work. We were told by one worker the movie theater had not been working for quite a while. Another worker said it would take a few weeks to fix. It needed a new light bulb for the projector. How hard is that? We may be frequenting this area again and I would consider staying in the same unit if I am told the issues are resolved before booking again.
