Beaux's place was adequate in most ways. It was easy to walk places, and also great to have the dedicated parking space. The three bedrooms worked well, and the couch and big screen TV were good for watching as a family. Our biggest complaint was cleanliness: There were dirty towels and a dirty cleaning rag on a counter, and one bathroom had no soap while the other had just a tiny amount left in the bottle. It didn't feel like anyone had made sure the place was ready for new guests. Also, the shower lining is so short that it doesn't keep water off the floor. Finally, there was a sign saying "Game Room" but no ping pong or anything else that had been mentioned. Again, the place was perfectly serviceable, but missing some basic cleanliness and preparation.

Great place. Spacious, good condition, and roomy. Location is great too. Near so much. The only thing is that the place has barely any plates, bowls, glasses, etc. A few other little, inexpensive additions would make the stay a lot better.

The place was very clean and comfortable, and though located in an alley, it felt safe and was a walkable neighborhood. My only recommendation for improvement is that the location and listing stated it can accommodate up to 7 people, but kitchen items and seating in main room could not. We had a party of 6 and only 3 coffee cups to share between us, for example. But otherwise enjoyed our stay!

Never come here! We've stayed here for 2 months and it was literally a nightmare. These are why you shouldn't come: 1. Beaux is dishonest She will provide a discount to trick you into booking the house, then use every means to take it back. Throughout our stay, she kept saying we had extra people and wanted to charge us. 2. Everything is broken The washing machine was broken for the whole month and Beaux asked us to pay for our laundry because she already gave us a discount when booking the house. Everything in that house is so fragile that it will break even with normal use. The chair, and table are shaky, and we are charged 4500$ for a broken table, even though we used it normally. There are lots of things nearly broken like toilet, water tap, which we had to help them fix for fear of being charged 3. Lack of privacy They will enter the house without asking you, even when there's nobody at home Still lots of insane things but I can't write more. Thanks for the disastrous host, Beaux
