Excelente todo. Cuidan mucho los detalles. definitivamente volveré. Sólo un punto a mejorar es la velocidad de respuesta en la comunicación, pero definitivamente volveré con ellos cuando viaje nuevamente a Aruba.
Place was clean. The pool was nice, but part of a restaurant and not clear what the rules and policies of use were. Gym requires a fob, spent half the stay without access, asking the security to open , 500 m away from the gym. The stay would have been a 5 star for the value and cost, however, on the way out, we left a phone battery pack charger in the kitchen. 60 mins later texted the service number saying that phone charger was left. The number advised that no charger was found. While waiting for our departure to airport by pool, at 12:00 we went back to unit, the unit was cleaned and charger was not there. Supposedly cleaners denied finding the charger. Managment finally accepted a day later that the charger was found. We asked for an email transfer for the appropriated charger, request denied. If you hire dishonourable staff and defend them, then welcome appropriate reviews. Will not come back.
We had a wonderful stay at our Bocobay rental. We had stayed in hotels on Eagle Beach and Palm Beach before, so we are familiar with the island. We absolutely loved the area where we stayed. It is super convenient and a short ride to beautiful beaches. TresTrapi was the closest beach and a great spot for snorkeling. Arashi was also very close and beautiful. Our hosts were super helpful and great at communicating and checking in to see how they could make our stay better. Having beach chairs, floats and coolers were great. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and peaceful. It definitely helps to have a car to get around. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you! ☀️🌴🐢
Thank you. Great location. Closer to everything. We were able to make use of the two beach chairs, noodles and cooler. Made it easier to do beach hopping. Perfect location. Super cute. Well equipped. We will be back!!!
