A 5 star rating is not good enough for this apartment. Definitely deserves a higher rating. From the time we enquired about the apartment until the time we left , Mr Nat was very accommodating, understanding and helpful. Excellent host. The apartment is immaculate, spacious, very clean, good modern furnishings and fittings, well maintained building, secure and safe. Perfectly located, close to shops, restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the Icon Siam shopping mall. Spectacular views of the Chao Phraya River can be viewed through the apartment. Our 3rd visit to Bangkok and the best stay of them all.

We had a fantastic one-month stay in Mr. Nath's apartment. It looks just like the photos and feels quite large. The king-size bed is very firm and the bed linens feel fresh and crisp. The kitchen had all necessary tools and even sharp knives, and bathroom and laundry supplies were provided. The apartment was expertly cleaned once a week. It was usually quiet, although we could hear live music from the venue next door on weekend evenings.The pool was lovely! Mr. Nath was an exceptional host and very welcoming. He made sure that the two issues we had (a loose cabinet hinge and a non-working remote) were fixed quickly. The location is across the river from the downtown area but just down the street from the Icon Siam shopping mall, so the neighborhood is lively but not too congested. We frequently took the ferry across the river to get to the BTS - it was easy. We loved seeing the lighted-up tourist boats each evening and even saw fireworks over the river a few times! Spectacular!

Nath’s flat has amazing river views, ideal location and spaciousness. Nath , who was very helpful , made the stay a memorable experience. A definite 5-star recommendation if you will be visiting Bangkok.

Out of all the places I have stayed at in Bangkok, Nath’s place EASILY takes #1. Great view from the bathroom and living room, very walkable to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. The icon Siam mall is right up the street! Nath came and cleaned the unit and changed the linens multiple times during my 2 week stay. I can’t stress enough how amazing my time here was. 5 stars all around. Thank you Nath!
