We had a phenomenal time at Kourtney's. Our family traveled down for a graduation so we had people of all ages. Everyone felt the place provided so many things to do and the layout gave ample space to spread out. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, backyard, patios, TVs, and of course the massage chair. The goodies left on the counter when we arrived were a nice treat and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Kourtney was friendly and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place and hope to take advantage of it again on our next trip to AZ.

She’s a wonderful host. The house is beautiful. It’s perfect for a family. The backyard has many options for kids swimming hot tub grassy area for playing games. In the end of a cul-de-sac. Great location. Everything was superb. I’d love to rent it again.🤗

Kourtney was a great host! She really has thought of about everything you’d need including sound machines for white noise in each of the bedrooms. The home was one of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed in. There was plenty to keep us entertained in the home and downtown Gilbert provided great options after a relaxed day around the pool. The only negative I could list the immediate neighborhood surrounding the house. This property felt a bit out of place from the homes immediately surrounding it.

This felt like home away from home and was a perfect vacation spot for our family of 5 and our parents. It was nice and spacious to host some friends + family for dinner. The pool was perfect and the outdoor space was beautiful. We loved the layout and all the extra special touches (noise machines in all the rooms, multiple couches/sitting areas and well stocked kitchen for cooking our meals. It was very clean as well which is a very important detail. We would rent again.

The house was perfect for our couples trip! The outdoor space was even better than the pictures, and was an awesome space to hangout! Kourtney was great and responsive to any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend!
