I rented Paul's place for my daughter and her friends for a girl's getaway trip and they loved it so much they want to move to Guana Cay. Paul was incredibly responsive and we spoke on the phone a few times getting ready for the trip. He was on site when the girls arrived and available if we needed him, but never did. The home was clean, comfortable and quiet with a perfect view and a super fun beach bar nearby. Would love to bring our whole family and return!

Paul is a great host. What stands out the most is how great of a place it is. No better view in the Bahamas if you want to have a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Easy access to everything you need for a great Bahamian get away. We must have said to ourselves over a hundred times how lucky we were to find it. We loved it.
