Molly was a wonderful host and is very responsive. The area was clean, and felt very homey. The neighborhood we stayed in is close to everything you need, with many shops and beautiful peaks of the ocean and beach. Her instructions on how to take care of her home were very easy to understand, and she prioritizes the guests comfort. My mother and I had an amazing time relaxing in their beautiful backyard. Very pet friendly and the area was quite the oasis; We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. We were there over a week and enjoyed every moment of it. Molly was an excellent host. Always there to answer any questions we may have had. The house looks exactly like the pictures. The cottage had everything we needed and more. We (my husband, myself, and our dog, Bella) really enjoyed the outside access to the heated pool. Our dog Bella does not like the water but she did enjoy running after the squirrels and playing in the yard. The yard is a nice size with several seating areas. We spent a lot of time out there. The beds are very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is within walking distance. There are several restaurants nearby like Morning Glory, and Little Philly Cheesesteak’s. You can walk to the beach or the 7-11. We took a walk with are dog in the evenings and it was very peaceful and quiet. It was an excellent vacation and we look forward to booking with Molly again.

Molly’s place was spotless, had very comfortable beds, and felt very private. We appreciated the updated and very clean kitchen and bathrooms. There were plenty of bath towels provided, pool towels and items, and beach items. We only had a walk down the beach due to a short stay, but it was a very easy, less than 10 minute walk, just as described. We did cook at the house, and everything we needed was available. The appliances worked well and were clean, and the grill was clean and ready to use. The whole home was so cozy and well decorated! Our favorite part was the pool, it was clean and was a refreshing temperature. The backyard had plenty of seating in sun and shade, and was a tropical oasis, it’s awesome! We enjoyed breakfast outside and had a nice afternoon out there relaxing in and out of the pool. There was even a convenient outdoor shower. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in the area!

Molly’s beach house was amazing. It is early taken care very well and had everything we needed and more. The house is decorated beautifully and the backyard is an oasis with fantastic heated pool, plenty of seating and great landscaping. Our kids loved the pool! The beds were very comfortable… everyone slept great! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, and that Molly has everything you could need for the beach, for kids and adults. We were close to restaurants as well which was nice. Wish we could have stayed for more than 2 nights. If we are in the area again, no question we will look to stay here!
