We spent a great weekend at Kestrel Cottage. It is ideally situated to visit Castle Ashby Gardens, the staff at the Falcon we’re happy to help us as well. The cottage is really big and has a lovely and calming atmosphere. The kitchen would benefit from having a few more plates, and a sieve (already mentioned). Highly recommend.

The cottage itself was set away from the main hotel. Finding it can be a little tricky. Kitchen was very modern but the rest of the room are a little dated. We traveled for business and unfortunately the WiFi was non existent, couldn’t load anything. This was reported but was told unfortunately there was nothing that could be done. At £270 a night I do feel the cottage could offer a lot more. All the staff were friendly and the main falcon hotel was lovely. Overal a little disappointed for the price we paid.

It was amazing. The cottage was so cosy. We loved it. The staff at the hotel were always approachable and helpful. Even before arrival.

Excellent stay. Great cottage, great location and friendly staff at the hotel to help. Would recommend booking a lunch or dinner at the hotel too!

Lovely cottage, very nice hotel
