Wow! What a gem of a place. We had a weekend with extended family and this house was perfect. The view from the sun room is amazing - watching the comings and goings on the Solent was mesmerising! The walks along the beach were lovely even in the rain. There was plenty of room for 8 of us, the beds were comfy, and it contained everything that we needed. There was lots of local information and suggestions from the owners and all of the communication was very helpful.

Great size home for a family get together to celebrate my Mum's 80th. Host was really flexible and helpful. Brilliant location, right on the coast, amazing sea views.

We would recommend staying at the Patch, and we would most definitely return. it's in the most perfect position with amazing views across the ocean. The beach is at the bottom of the garden, which was perfect for our sea loving labrador. The house is well equipped and very comfy and cosy. The weather was horrendous whilst we were here, and we honestly couldn't have been holed up anywhere better watching the wind and rain on the sea. The kids loved having their own room with TV and games table m, the house is eet up perfectly for family time and felt well rested and relaxed. Both Yas and Jess have responded quickly to messages and queries, we would 100% recommend staying here, we absolutely loved it!!

Great place to stay - we had a family celebration so great meeting point! Perfect views of the beach, plenty of space, super equipped kitchen, even despite the rain was beautiful to stay in!

Wow! We had an incredible weekend break (Fri-Mon) in this wonderful house. We were a family of 6 - mum, dad, kids and grand parents and the house was a brilliant base as well as a beautiful place to hang out. The decor in the house is gorgeous and the layout is great for coming together socially as well as getting some peace if you want to be on your own and watch the boats on the Solent (sea). The hosts’ communication was great before during and after our stay. We were met by Pete who showed us around, told us how everything worked and gave us some local knowledge. We were made to feel at home immediately. We love staying in the house as a family but we commented that it would be a great place for a group of friends to come and stay - we’re thinking of booking again for a future major event. I would have no problem recommending this brilliant place to stay and would love to stay there again.
