Thanks to Rachel for her very quick responses. We had arrived a few hours before check in time and Rachel organised us for early check in and late check out when we requested it. Apartment was very clean. We didn’t have any WiFi due to technical issues. We were told we would get a card with log in details for new WiFi but we didn’t get anything.

It was simply fabulous. Both hostesses were incredibly attentive. The apartment is beautifully, kept, has tons of space for storage and all the kitchen amenities you could need. The garden is beautiful and quiet. Great place for a morning coffee (when it’s not raining). While it is close to Richmond & Kingston stations, it’s pretty far from anywhere else in London, but for me, it was totally worth it!

It was a lovely place to stay- very close to Richmond Park and Ham House as well as the German bakery in Ham. The room was comfortable and even had a full kitchenette, with laundry facilities. Thanks
