The house is very spacious if that is what you are looking for. The pool was not heated and the hot tub was not functional. Linen was dirty and teared apart, carpet was super dirty. We had issues with getting in the house and had to wait for a locksmith. Overall it was just "okay" no more no less, but given we paid over 6000$ for 1 month, I would definitely say it was a bad deal. We had far better for far less before. The cherry on top was when they asked for over 200$ to account for the dirty carpet and 26 dirty linens, like we would stain over 26 linens in one month, ridiculous. Take pictures of everything that is dirty/broken upon arrival if you don't want them to try and overcharge you.

I did feel like I was at home at one point just the carpet stains and the pool not being cleaned most of my stay did bother me. The host was really helpful and always replied to my messages.

The house listed everything we wanted for our short getaway! Pros: The response time of the owners was the fastest I have ever had on Air BnB. The refrigerator was a smart fridge and we were able to listen to Pandora while cooking in the kitchen. This was a huge plus because we forgot our speakers. The driveway was very long and easily fit 4 SUVs and 1 Jeep. The neighborhood was peaceful and neighbors were quiet. Cons: The pool bottom was broken in some places in the shallow end, making us step on sharp pieces of concrete. The pump was not working so the spa was out of order but pool was still usable. There was an issue where the oven was locked and we had to use our own channel locks to get it unlocked. The house had plenty of towels but we did not have extra paper towels for kitchen. The AC seemed to be locked to 76° so the house was always warm. We tried to lower it, but it didn’t work. The pool was our friend. My sheets were dirty in one bed, didn’t use since it was hot.
