Make sure that your driver understands how to correctly use gps coordinates that the host supplies you with. My only suggestion for the host is to consider guests who will be arriving late with possibly a bottle water available for each guest. After traveling all day from the west coast, we finally arrived at property at 1 AM, but were unable to get to a store on the way from airport. Other than that, our short stay was well worth it.

House was great and easy to find. Host was very attentive and fast with communication. Gave us some recommendations for places to go. Would stay here again!

The listing was inaccurate! The towels provided have to be used the entire time of your visit. No washer & dryer. The hot water heater was on low and all of our showers were chilly. There was an evening we left for a few hours and came back to all the A/C in the rooms turned off and the kitchen light we left on was off. I know the owner entered the home without permission. We could not gather in common areas due to the heat in the home. The fan just circulated hot air. Someone was walking through the fenced side of the home that we didn’t have access to and felt very uncomfortable. The blankets provided had tears in them. The check out instructions ask for all trash to be removed but no trash bags were provided. We had to purchase our own. We would not recommend this home.

Place was hard to find , but we called Jose and we was able to find it. A tv in the bedrooms, an iron, and working ice maker would be great. The home was clean and look exactly as pictured.
